I specialise in manual facial therapies, combining precise work on tension with contour modelling and natural lifting. Deeply calming massages are also close to my heart, with a particular interest in the nervous system and the vagus nerve. I look at the face in connection with the body and emotions — selecting techniques according to what you truly need.

What fascinates me most is how much can be discovered by working with the face. I see not only the skin and features, but also traces of everyday habits, tensions, and emotions. A clenched jaw, a tense neck, raised shoulders—that's why my facial work always begins with a look at the whole person.
I specialize in manual facial therapies. I combine various techniques to precisely address tension, sculpt contours, and promote a natural lifting effect. I enjoy this precision: understanding the tissues, selecting the right movements, and adapting the treatment to what I feel under my hands and what the client tells me. I don't follow a single pattern for every session, because every face and every person needs something different.
It's my job, but also a passion that accompanies me outside the office. I constantly want to learn more, explore new methods, and better understand the body. I believe that regular, mindful manual work can gradually make a difference—both in the appearance of the face and in how we feel about it and our bodies.
I also enjoy deeply relaxing massages and working with the nervous system, with a particular focus on the vagus nerve. Sometimes the most important need of someone who comes to me is simply rest. The ability to put aside responsibilities, relax their shoulders, and spend a moment without having to do anything.
Over the years, I developed my skills through specialized courses in Poland, where I'm from, and gained experience in clinics in Poland and Copenhagen. I took something important away from each stage. Over time, I wanted to create my own space where I could combine these experiences and work in a way that aligns with my approach. This is how Manual Therapies was born.
Today, I co-create this space with therapists whose knowledge and skills I deeply value. We learn from each other, exchange experiences, and combine our strengths. I want our treatments to complement each other, and for each client to feel that we're paying attention to them and selecting the work specifically for them.
When you come to Manual Therapies, I want you to feel like you can say what you need—and that someone is really listening.
A dynamic Japanese facial massage combining rhythmic, precise movements with work on muscle tension and lifting techniques. The treatment stimulates local circulation, defines facial contours and gives the skin a fresh, radiant appearance.
It is a good choice before a party or special occasion, when you want a natural glow and a rested appearance. It lifts the cheeks and makes facial contours more defined. It contributes to increased elastin and collagen production. The intensity and pace are adapted to your skin and tissues.
A facial massage focused on tension in the jaw area. It combines external work with intraoral massage, allowing you to reach the cheek tissues from both sides and precisely target areas requiring relaxation.
The treatment begins by working on the masseter muscles and the muscles of the face, neck, and nape, which can become tense when clenching the jaw. This is followed by an intraoral massage, which works on the inner tissues of the cheeks.
Individually tailored relaxation techniques help reduce the feeling of jaw clenching and provide relief to tense muscles. This treatment is primarily focused on the freedom, comfort, and relaxation of this area of the face.
Face Cupping Pro is a facial massage performed using special glass cups designed specifically for the face, which operate on the principle of negative pressure. It combines drainage techniques with lifting action, aimed at reducing puffiness, enhancing facial contours, and restoring a refreshed appearance to the skin.
During the massage, cups gently lift the skin and glide across its surface. Carefully selected movements stimulate local circulation and support lymphatic drainage. The treatment focuses on areas prone to swelling and on loosening tense tissues.
It's a combination of intensive facial work and relaxation. The vacuum strength, pace, and massage techniques are tailored to your skin's condition and individual needs. It's crucial not to go to bed immediately after the massage—your lymphatic system has been stimulated and needs time to stabilize.
Facemodeling® is the most advanced facial massage we offer. It combines unique manual techniques into a single, individually tailored therapy based on a holistic approach to the person—their body, emotions, breathing pattern, and posture. The treatment encompasses not only the face, neck, and décolleté, but also the back, ribs, chest, and shoulders. This treatment is for those who expect comprehensive facial work and a thorough, unconventional approach. You won't find this type of therapy anywhere else in Denmark.
Facemodeling® is a natural, non-invasive facial contouring method aimed at lifting the skin, mitigating the signs of aging, and restoring the so-called "factory settings"—greater freedom and balance of tissues. In this therapy, we aim to gradually release tension and work on acquired patterns that have become ingrained in the body over the years and influence the appearance of the face.
Precise work encompasses both superficial and deeper tissues. It's important not only to enhance contours but also to relieve tension that affects facial expression, proportions, and body contours. This is a multi-stage process of facial remodeling and bodywork, so subsequent treatments may vary—each one is tailored to your current needs.
It's 90 minutes of specialized work, during which we combine different techniques according to your needs—rather than performing one fixed massage regimen.
Facemodeling® is the most advanced facial massage we offer. In the 120-minute version, this comprehensive treatment is additionally enhanced with Face Cupping or cosmetic acupuncture. During each session, we individually select one of these methods to complement the manual therapy and address the current needs of your skin and tissues.

Face Cupping complements massage therapy using four special glass cups. It supports lymphatic drainage and reduces swelling, and also allows for the additional treatment of tense tissues and the definition of facial contours.
Cosmetic acupuncture complements massage with precise work using fine needles. Gentle punctures are designed to stimulate the skin's natural regenerative response. The method is tailored to improve skin elasticity, tone, and appearance, and, where appropriate, can also address healed scars. This allows for the extension of therapy to specific areas requiring special attention.
This is 120 minutes of specialized work, during which we combine advanced massage with one additional method, according to your needs - instead of performing one fixed treatment regimen.
A brief respite from a busy, hectic day, when stress and tension take their toll. A gentle massage of the head, neck, and shoulders allows you to pause, breathe, and address areas that often remain tense throughout the day.
This is your time—especially when your head feels heavy, your neck stiff, and your shoulders feel heavy with stress. Attentive touch and individually tailored massage intensity help gradually relax your muscles and restore a sense of comfort.
A relaxing body massage is a gentle form of massage focused on calming, tranquility, and relaxation. Smooth, gentle movements and individually tailored pressure allow you to escape the daily hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in a pleasant sense of relaxation.
Depending on the selected time—30, 60, or 90 minutes—we focus on specific areas or offer a full-body massage. A shorter session allows for a moment of respite and attention to the areas that need it most. A longer session allows for more complete rest and a more relaxed work with the entire body.
You don't have to do anything or think about anything. This is a time when you can get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to rest.
A relaxing ritual designed with the expectant mother in mind—her comfort, well-being, and need for rest. It combines gentle dry body brushing, a professional pregnancy massage, and facial care with a moisturizing mask.
We begin with a gentle brushing that gently exfoliates and leaves the skin beautifully smooth. Then, a gentle, pregnancy-specific massage allows you to relax and rest in a comfortable position. The whole experience is completed by a facial treatment that restores freshness, softness, and hydration to the skin.
This is a time when the focus is on you. You can slow down, breathe, and let someone care for your body with gentleness and care.
Vagus nerve massage is a gentle manual therapy aimed at releasing tension, calming the mind, and promoting deep relaxation. It combines gentle touch, muscle and tissue work, and natural breathing. It is recommended for those experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, restlessness, and difficulty relaxing, including those with neck tension, headaches, or digestive discomfort.
The vagus nerve, the tenth cranial nerve, is a crucial part of the parasympathetic nervous system. It connects the brainstem with organs such as the heart, lungs, and gastrointestinal tract, helping to regulate their function. Most of its fibers transmit information from the body to the brain, while the remaining fibers conduct signals in the opposite direction. It is therefore a crucial element of communication between the brain and organs, including the gut.
The treatment is inspired by the polyvagal theory, introduced by Dr. Stephen Porges in 1994. It describes the autonomic nervous system's responses to safety, threat, and acute stress. During sessions, we pay special attention to a sense of safety, tactile comfort, and the pace of work to facilitate the transition from tension to relaxation.
We work with areas where stress often accumulates: the back, neck, chest, ribs, abdomen, face, and scalp. Tissue loosening and calm breathing can promote a relaxation response and greater ease in the body. Simple breathing exercises and gentle humming can complement the session, tailored to your needs.
This support is available for those seeking relaxation and well-being, and can also be used as a complement to psychological or psychotherapeutic care. Medical stimulation of the vagus nerve, used in the treatment of certain conditions, is a distinct method—its results should not be confused with those of massage.
We invite you to a session tailored to you, during which we will work together to ensure relaxation, calmer breathing, and greater comfort in your everyday life.

Choose waxing for full legs or lower legs, arms and forearms, underarms, back, nape and bikini area. We also offer precise waxing of the face, upper lip and chin, for smooth skin and a well-groomed appearance.
Waxing removes hairs from the root, so you can enjoy smoothness longer than shaving. The duration of the effect depends on your individual hair growth rate and the regularity of your treatments.
During your appointment, we prioritize thoroughness, hygiene, and your comfort. Before starting, we discuss the extent of the hair removal treatment and your skin's needs, and afterward, you'll receive aftercare instructions.
We invite you to our clinic at Falkoner Allé 104 in Frederiksberg. Choose one area or combine several services during your appointment—from a quick mustache wax to a comprehensive leg and bikini wax.
