Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner and include applicable VAT and charges unless stated otherwise. We may change future prices without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to withdraw sold-out or discontinued goods. The price confirmed for an order applies to that order.

Payment

Ordinary treatments booked through this system are paid for at the clinic; when online payment is enabled, you may choose Flatpay at checkout. Until that option appears in the booking system, treatments are paid for at the clinic. Card details are entered only in Flatpay’s secure payment flow; Manual Therapies does not store full card details. Gift cards and treatment series ordered here become active only after the clinic confirms payment. Purchases of physical goods on our other website may offer VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay and bank transfer. Actual methods are shown at checkout. Amounts are in DKK.

Online payment with Flatpay / Frisbii

When online payments are available, standard treatments can be paid online or at the clinic. Online payments are processed by Flatpay through Frisbii Pay. Gift cards and treatment series are activated only after confirmed payment. Payment is verified on the server; an interrupted or declined payment does not confirm a new booking. A paid appointment can be rescheduled within our applicable deadlines without paying again for the same booking. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment; the clinic handles any refund under the cancellation terms.

Appointments and cancellation

An email confirmation is sent when email service is enabled. You can reschedule or cancel through the links in your confirmation email until 24 hours before the appointment starts. After that, contact the clinic to discuss your options. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation within 24 hours may incur 50% of the treatment price; failure to attend may incur 100%. Any treatment-specific conditions are shown with the treatment.

Gift cards and treatment series

A gift card receives a code and balance after payment confirmation. Its balance is used for treatments and reduced on booking; cancelled bookings restore used credit. A series covers the number of treatments, price, interval and validity shown before ordering. Its code activates after payment confirmation and can be used for the specified treatment until expiry. Until Flatpay online payment is enabled, the clinic arranges payment and delivery; placing an order does not mean it has been paid.

Once enabled, payment and delivery choices are shown at checkout, and codes activate only after confirmed payment. Gift cards are valid for 2 years from purchase, meaning payment confirmation and activation. The exact expiry date appears on the card, in the email and in the booking system. After that date, the card cannot be used towards a new booking.

Delivery of physical goods

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 17:00 on the same day; later orders normally dispatch the next business day. We deliver within Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland, and do not ship abroad. Shipping starts at DKK 35. Goods go to the delivery address provided, via PostNord or GLS. A full collection point may result in transfer to the nearest point, with notification. Normal delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Special conditions are shown before purchase. Contact customer service if there is a problem.

Complaints about goods

You have a two-year right to complain about defects under Danish law. Depending on the circumstances, a defect may be remedied by repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Damage from improper handling is excluded. Complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We cover reasonable return costs for a valid complaint.

Withdrawal from goods purchases

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase of goods. The period begins on delivery, or on receipt of the final item or part in a split delivery. For regular deliveries it begins with the first item. Clearly notify hello@manualtherapies.dk or panikami@gmail.com before the period ends. Refusing delivery alone is insufficient. Return goods within 14 days of notifying us. You pay direct return costs, must pack the item properly, and bear the risk until we receive it. Please include the order confirmation and return form if available. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

Exceptions

Withdrawal rights do not generally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized; sealed health or hygiene goods after the seal is broken; inseparably mixed goods; rapidly perishable goods; certain newspapers or magazines; public auction purchases; or digital content supplied without a physical medium after express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost. Special rules apply to services begun at your express request or fully performed with prior express consent and acknowledgement. Exact rights depend on the contract and applicable law.

Condition and refunds

You may inspect goods as in a physical store. You are liable for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. On valid withdrawal we refund payments including standard delivery within 14 days of notice. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method are excluded. We use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise and may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return.

Returns, complaints and refunds

Return goods to Manual Therapies, Strandhaven 111, 2665 Vallensbæk Strand. For a bank-transfer refund we may request your registration and account numbers through an agreed secure channel.

Complaints procedure

Contact hello@manualtherapies.dk first. You may also complain to the Danish consumer complaints authority via forbrug.dk. The former European Commission ODR platform has closed; use current national complaint routes.

Communications and optional cookies

Booking confirmations, changes, cancellations and enabled reminders are service communications. Optional cookies or advertising consent are not required to book. Review requests and other marketing require an appropriate separate basis and can be declined. Campaign measurement does not change the price or cancellation conditions confirmed for your booking. SMS is handled by txty.dk (https://txty.dk/).

Physical gift card delivery

Printed gift card in a gift envelope: 99 kr. including delivery to a Danish address within 3 working days of payment confirmation, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Same-day delivery on Zealand without a ferry crossing: 199 kr. for preparation and handling plus 4 kr. per kilometre for the full return drive from Strandhaven 111, 2665 Vallensbæk Strand. Google Maps calculates the route before purchase; the total distance is rounded up to whole kilometres.

Complete the order and payment by 14:00 Danish time. After 14:00, contact the clinic about delivery. Delivery fees are shown separately and do not increase the gift card balance. The card is activated after payment confirmation. We do not email the gift recipient for physical deliveries. Email, PDF and clinic collection remain free.
