You can choose subtle highlights or a more dramatic style. Before we begin, we discuss what effect you prefer and what you'd like to avoid. We want you to feel like yourself after the treatment.

No—we apply the lift to your natural lashes, without adding any artificial hairs. We give them a curl that can make them appear more lifted and highlighted.

Eyebrow lamination, on the other hand, helps shape natural hairs in the desired direction. The effect of both treatments also depends on the length, density, and condition of your eyelashes and eyebrows.

Please arrive without any eye makeup, mascara, or eyebrow makeup. If you wear contact lenses, be prepared to remove them before your eyelash treatment—bring your container and glasses.

Please refrain from shaping your eyebrows immediately before your appointment so we can assess their natural shape. Please inform us of any previous allergic reactions, irritations, recent eye treatments, or skin treatments you are currently undergoing.

If the selected service requires an allergy test, we will arrange for it to be performed before the procedure date.

For the first 24 hours, do not get your lashes wet – avoid washing your eyes, swimming in a pool, or direct contact with steam. Do not rub your eyes or knead your lashes while sleeping.

Do not use a sauna immediately after treatment. At our clinic, we recommend waiting at least 72 hours to limit exposure of your freshly styled lashes to high temperatures and humidity.

After this time, gently remove your makeup and carefully brush your lashes with a clean brush. Also, follow the individual instructions provided during your appointment.

For the first 24 hours, don't get your eyebrows wet—avoid swimming, steam, or washing the area. Don't rub your eyebrow hairs or apply makeup to them.

After this time, gently cleanse your eyebrows and style them daily with a clean brush. Follow the care recommended during your appointment to keep the hairs soft and well-groomed.

We tailor our recommendations to the service performed – different ones apply after adjustments, and different ones after lifting or lamination.

Do not rub the eye area vigorously and use gentle makeup removal. After lamination, style your eyebrows with a brush according to the instructions provided during your appointment.

You'll receive detailed instructions regarding water and steam contact, makeup, and aftercare after your treatment. Good aftercare helps maintain the style's well-groomed appearance.

The main contraindications to eyebrow and eyelash treatments are:

• Allergy to the ingredients of the products or an allergic reaction during an allergy test.
• Conjunctivitis, blepharitis, or other active eye infections.
• Styes, inflammatory chalazion, or painful eyelid lesions.
• Redness, swelling, burning, or severe irritation in the treatment area.
• Wounds, abrasions, burns, and unhealed skin lesions around the eyes or eyebrows.
• Active exacerbation of eczema, dermatitis, or other skin conditions at the treatment site.
• Eyelash lice infestation—the presence of lice or nits.
• Recent eye or eyelid surgery.
• Difficulty closing your eyes or keeping them closed during a lash lift.
• Severely weakened, brittle, or damaged lashes or eyebrow hairs.
• Too close a time since your previous lash lift or lamination—we will schedule your appointment after assessing the condition of your hairs.
• Recent peeling, laser or other treatment that irritates the eyebrow skin - until it regenerates.

Before your appointment, please report any chronic eye conditions, severe dryness or tearing, ongoing cancer treatment, or use of retinoids or other treatments that affect skin sensitivity. A doctor's consultation or a change in the scope of services, especially waxing, may be necessary.

If We notice lice, nits, signs of infection, or other concerning changes before or during a treatment, We may refuse to perform the service or discontinue the treatment. Your appointment will be postponed until the cause is determined and the changes have subsided—for your safety and the safety of other clients.

Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. Failure to notify may result in a 100% fee.

If you experience redness, swelling, pain, or infection around your eyes before your appointment, please contact us and your treatment should be postponed until the symptoms subside.
