Since 2020, I have been working as a holistic therapist, helping people who need rest, relaxation, and a closer connection with themselves. I'm originally from Slovakia and have lived in Denmark since 2014. In my work, I combine body knowledge with intuition, mindfulness, and the belief that good therapy begins with a sense of safety and being heard.
My journey began with studying bodywork therapy and the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It was then that I began to appreciate the importance of touch, breathing, and a calm presence in working with others. I gained experience at a clinic focusing on natural and organic care and as a head spa therapist, working with both hotel guests and private clients.
I offer full-body and pregnancy massages, facials, cupping, reflexology, and sound healing sessions. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and how you're feeling that day. Sometimes it's a more thorough treatment to address tension, other times a more relaxing treatment where you can simply relax.
I particularly enjoy working with women who want to take care of themselves, regain a sense of balance, and develop their potential. I want to support you in becoming the version of yourself that makes you feel your best—without the pressure of perfection or the need to constantly do more. With room for your needs, strength, and vulnerability.
Sound healing holds a special place in my practice. During my Sound Healing Practitioner certification training, I discovered what a moving experience resting surrounded by sounds and vibrations can be. For me, it was a way to pause, quiet my thoughts, and rediscover my own rhythm. This personal experience inspired me to share this form of work with others.
Alongside individual sessions, I run small yin yoga classes, sound baths and saunagus rituals. They differ in character, but all offer a chance to slow down and turn your attention towards yourself. Gentle postures, sound, warmth and conscious breathing create space for rest and a shared experience without the need to achieve anything.
At Manual Therapies, I want to combine these skills with the work of other therapists so that our treatments complement each other. I value an approach that combines care for the body and face with attention to emotions, comfort, and well-being.
Outside of my practice, movement, music, dance, singing, meditation, and yoga all play an important role in my life. I'm also interested in literature and psychology. These passions help me maintain my curiosity about others and remind me that each of us has our own story and our own way of finding balance.
I want your meeting with me to be a moment when you can put aside expectations, breathe easy, and feel like you don't have to be anyone other than yourself.
