30, 60 or 90 minutes of massage?

Match your visit length to the focus area and the time you have.

30 minutes — one area

A short session works well when you want to focus on one area, such as your back or neck and shoulders. Agreeing on a priority helps make good use of the time without rushing.

60 minutes — more space

Consider this option when you want to combine several areas. Before starting, we agree on what matters most to you instead of trying to fit everything into one visit.

90 minutes — an unhurried session

A longer visit allows more time for the whole body and calm transitions between areas. It does not mean stronger pressure; intensity is agreed independently of duration.

Before you choose

Choosing a session length in practice

First consider what you would like included in one visit. A particular area, several areas and an unhurried full-body massage call for different amounts of time. The aim is not to choose the longest option, but to match the scope to the appointment. Check the durations listed for the individual treatment.

Choose a priority rather than everything

If you have only half an hour, explain what matters most. Trying to cover the whole body in a short session is a different experience from a longer visit. With 60 or 90 minutes, it is still worth saying which areas deserve more attention and which are secondary. This gives you and your practitioner a clear plan for the session.

Relaxing body massage

Keep duration and intensity separate

More minutes do not mean you must choose deeper pressure or add more techniques. A shorter session does not have to be performed faster either. Choose the type of treatment first, then its length. If you are deciding between two options, tell us what you would like covered before booking. You do not need to buy a longer service simply because you are worried about choosing incorrectly.
